$175 for the initial evaluation
$175 for each session lasting 53-60 minutes; $150 for each session lasting 38-52 minutes
Limited Licensed Psychologist::
Dr. Chantele Mercier Ferguson
$130 for the first 50-minute session
$90 for each additional 50-minute session
Licensed Professional Counselor:
Janie Kilmer
$140 for the first 50-minute session
$100 for each additional 50-minute session
New Patient Acceptance
Three therapists are accepting new patients however a wait list may be in effect.
Dr. Angela Minor ~ 5-7 days
Janie Kilmer ~ 5-7 days
Dr. Chantele Mercier Ferguson ~ 1-3 days
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Dr. Angie Minor contracts with the following insurance companies:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO Plans (Limited acceptance currently)
- Medicare (No Medicaid)
- United Healthcare
Janie Kilmer is only contracted with Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO plans but primarily works with self-pay clients. Dr. Chantele Ferguson is not contracted with insurance and works only with self-pay clients. For those using insurance, please contact our billing service, Elite Billing Services, via phone 913-208-9287 or via email at [email protected] in order to verify mental health benefits. Please provide the following information to Brandy Thomasson, our billing manager:

- Date of birth
- Address
- Home phone number
- Contact phone number
- Name of insurance company
- ID number
- Group number (if provided)
- Phone number for insurance customer service
Once your insurance has been verified, we will inform you of your benefits and what to expect financially. The therapist will then call you to schedule an appointment.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, there will be a $65-$100 late fee assessed.
